Most recently, Eric served as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master at FIS and T. Rowe Price, where he collaborated with Retirement Services teams and leadership to successfully transition from a Waterfall environment to a scaled Agile framework. Prior to that role, he spent 17 years as a Solutions Consultant and Systems Analyst within T. Rowe Price's Individual Investor and Institutional Services groups, leading technology solutions of varying scale using structured delivery methodologies.
