Saahil Panikar is a Senior Advisor at TecVeris, bringing over 15 years of experience leading Agile, SAFe®, and DevOps transformations across startups, Fortune 100 companies, global enterprises, and the public sector. A SAFe® SPCT, SAFe® Fellow, certified Enterprise Business Agility Strategist, and one of the world's first certified AI-Native Professionals, Saahil is globally recognized for his depth of expertise and measurable impact on enterprise transformation.

Throughout his career, Saahil has launched more than 75 Agile Release Trains and Solution Trains, trained and certified over 1,000 professionals across more than a dozen countries, and led the first successful Lean Portfolio Management transformation in a multi-billion dollar organization with over 30,000 employees. He holds deep expertise in Value Stream Management, Lean Portfolio Management, and complex cyber-physical systems, and has co-created the Enterprise Portfolio Management and GovOps frameworks. His work has been published by Scaled Agile, SD Times, GigaOm, Ivy Exec, and the DevOps Enterprise Journal.

Saahil is passionate about extending enterprise agility beyond IT, helping organizations harness AI to accelerate transformation and translate metrics into meaningful business outcomes. He holds degrees in Mathematics, International Business, and Design Thinking, and began his career as a Data Scientist, a foundation that continues to inform his analytical approach to organizational performance.
