Managing PartnerMillie has led PMO, Help Desk Operations, Software Development, QA and Product Development teams. Millie is a certified Scaled Agile Framework SAFe Agilist and strategic leader in Lean Agile adoption. Prior to starting TecVeris, Millie was the Executive Director of Software Development with Wall Street International a division of Pearson Inc. and VP of Technology at AOL Advertising. Her industry experience includes online lending, online advertising and online education. Millie loves supporting her daughters pursuits in equestrian sports and Suzuki violin. Millie is also passionate about her volunteer work advising young professionals and empowering women in technology careers.
Principal Advisor Product ManagementEliza Nevers is a forward-thinking product executive recognized for her leadership and ability to build highly effective product organizations. Prior to working with TecVeris, Eliza spent 12 years at AOL and served as VP of Product where she oversaw the demand-side ad tech platform. Her responsibility included leading a team of over 50 product managers/owners applying agile practices. Eliza is a certified Scaled Agile Framework SAFe Agilist and has championed the implementation of agile across multiple portfolios. Additionally, Eliza managed large scale system implementations for Fortune 500 companies at IBM. Eliza spends her time outside of work sharing her love of the outdoors—skiing, sailing, and hiking—with her husband and three children.
Principal Advisor ArchitectureAnna Taylor is a senior technologist with over 25 years of designing, developing, and architecting systems at scale. She specializes in architecture transformation through implementation of complex, distributed, real-time systems and Big Data pipelines. Anna holds a Bachelor of Science in Pure Mathematics from Towson University as well as a Master of Science in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins with a specialization in heterogeneous distributed database architecture. In her spare time Anna enjoys hosting dinner parties and refining her culinary skills.
Principal Advisor Atlassian ToolingBrendan Kelly has helped clients ranging from startups to the Global/Fortune 500 with the Atlassian Stack and Agile best practices. Brendan is a Certified Scrum Master, Product Owner and a Scaled Agile Framework SAFe agilist. He studied Industrial Engineering, specializing in process engineering and entrepreneurship, at the Ohio State University. Brendan is active within the startup community, advising businesses and volunteering for 3 Day Startup. Outside of work, Brendan spends his time trail running, rock climbing, backpacking, and anything else that gets him outside.
Brian Paniccia has led Agile transitions since 2009 and brings over 25 years of experience leading Software Development, IT Operations and Product Development teams nationally and internationally. Brian is a Certified Scrum Master, Product Owner and a Scaled Agile Framework Program Consultant (SAFe SPC4). Brian has helped train, launch and coach well over 100 Agile teams since 2009—including volunteer work at Guatemala Tec Park incubator to launch Agile teams through a U.S. State Department program. Brian has been an advisor to startups, mid-market and Fortune 500 companies. Brian is an avid marathon runner and sailor—pursuits that help him further his ideas on optimizing individual and team performance.
