Millie is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at TecVeris. She is a certified Scaled Agile Framework SPC and strategic leader in Lean Agile adoption. Prior to starting TecVeris, Millie was the Executive Director of Software Development with Wall Street International a division of Pearson Inc. and VP of Technology at AOL Advertising. Her 20+ years of industry experience includes FinTech, AdTech and EdTech. Millie loves supporting her daughters' pursuits in equestrian sports, softball and soccer. She is also passionate about her volunteer work advising young professionals and empowering women in technology careers.
Principal Advisor Architecture
Anna Taylor is a senior technologist with over 25 years of designing, developing, and architecting systems at scale. She specializes in architecture transformation through implementation of complex, distributed, real-time systems and Big Data pipelines. Anna holds a Bachelor of Science in Pure Mathematics from Towson University as well as a Master of Science in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins with a specialization in heterogeneous distributed database architecture. In her spare time Anna enjoys hosting dinner parties and refining her culinary skills.
Brian Paniccia has led Agile transitions since 2009 and brings over 25 years of experience leading Software Development, IT Operations and Product Development teams nationally and internationally. Brian is a Certified Scrum Master, Product Owner and a Scaled Agile Framework Program Consultant (SAFe SPC5). Brian has trained and coached 300+ Agile teams/2000+ individuals since 2009—including volunteer work at Guatemala Tec Park incubator to launch Agile teams through a U.S. State Department program. Brian has been an advisor to startups, mid-market and Fortune 500 companies with complex Agile transformations at global scale. Brian is an avid marathon runner and sailor—pursuits that help him further his ideas on optimizing individual and organizational agility.

Eliza Nevers is a forward-thinking product executive recognized for her leadership and ability to build highly effective product organizations. Prior to working with TecVeris, Eliza spent 12 years at AOL and served as VP of Product where she oversaw the demand-side ad tech platform. Her responsibility included leading a team of over 50 product managers/owners applying agile practices. Eliza is a certified Scaled Agile Framework SAFe Agilist and has championed the implementation of agile across multiple portfolios. Additionally, Eliza managed large scale system implementations for Fortune 500 companies at IBM. Eliza spends her time outside of work sharing her love of the outdoors—skiing, sailing, and hiking—with her husband and three children.
Chuck Gafvert is an experienced executive with a very successful track record of building high performing teams and implementing processes to deliver mission critical systems at scale. As VP of Systems Development at AOL, he directed global teams of 200, including some of the first teams using Agile, in support of $1 billion plus annual revenue web-scale AdTech businesses. He also managed Product, Project, Program Management, Operations, Research, and Client Services groups. Chuck is a Certified Executive Coach, helping leaders and organizations realize greater value. In his leisure time he enjoys cycling on local trails, hiking, and mentoring young professionals.
Advisor Atlassian Tooling
Brendan Kelly has helped clients ranging from startups to the Global/Fortune 500 with the Atlassian Stack and Agile best practices. Brendan is a Certified Scrum Master, Product Owner and a Scaled Agile Framework SAFe agilist. He studied Industrial Engineering, specializing in process engineering and entrepreneurship, at The Ohio State University. Brendan is active within the startup community, advising businesses and volunteering for 3 Day Startup. Outside of work, Brendan spends his time trail running, rock climbing, backpacking, and anything else that gets him outside.

Dani has advised cross-functional teams on implementing technology and best practices to optimize productivity, efficiency and sustainability. Her experience spans multiple industries (Food & Beverage, Life Sciences, Chemicals & Digital Media) and ranges from late-stage startups to Fortune 100 corporations. She holds degrees in Industrial & Systems Engineering and Spanish from The Ohio State University and certifications from Scaled Agile and Atlassian. Outside of the office, Dani is a traveling yoga student and teacher, and is passionate about making wellness a pragmatic and valuable experience for all.
Senior Engineering Advisor
David Fisher has led teams in software development, application and platform operations, and strategic programs for over 20 years, implementing Agile and DevOps practices throughout their evolutions. Prior to TecVeris, David worked with globally recognized companies including Synchrony Financial, JP Morgan Chase, and KBC Bank across all facets of Finance, Capital Markets, and Project Management. David is a Certified Product Owner and Scaled Agile Framework Program Consultant (SAFe SPC). David is also an avid triathlete and musician, passions fueled by the continuous learning and discovery that allow the agile culture to succeed.
Lead AWS DevOps Engineer
Rafael is a senior cloud architect that has helped companies strategically evolve their private, hybrid and public cloud platforms for over 17 years. He’s a certified AWS Solutions Architect who specializes in implementing AWS architecture as well as establishing DevOps processes using cloud native services and industry best practices. Outside of work, Rafael enjoys spending time with his family, getting outdoors as well as practicing piano jazz standards.

Marco is an accomplished consultant with exceptional interpersonal skills, inclusive nature and group compatibility which makes him a unique and valuable asset. Marco is passionate about exploring and implementing new technologies, while establishing a streamlining process. Marco is an Atlassian Dragon Slayer, Atlassian Certified in Jira Project Administration, Atlassian Certified Jira Service Desk Administrator,
Atlassian Certified in Agile Development with Jira Software, Certified SAFe Practitioner, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, SAFe Scrum Master and SAFe Agilist. Marco has helped implement Atlassian products for clients ranging from small start-ups to Fortune 500. In his leisure time he is either outdoor, playing soccer, or indoor, learning new skills and technologies.
Over the last 15 years, Ron has focused on building strong Product teams at both customer and vendor ad sales organizations. Most recently, in his capacity as the Global Head of Product at Imagine Communications, Ron led a global SAFe transformation of a 300+ Product and Engineering organization. In partnership with Tecveris, Imagine transformed a highly siloed organization with disparate processes across products into agile release trains with enormous, measurable improvements in transparency, accountability, consistency, and predictability. When not helping companies transform to Agile Product Delivery, Ron enjoys baseball and has become a post-Covid woodworking hobbyist.
Batsheva has over a decade of financial management experience and has been with TecVeris since 2013, in her spare time Bastsheva enjoys spending time with her family and daughter. She also enjoys sewing.

Robert Davenport is a principal solution architect focused on client process improvement through the use of the Atlassian stack and related integrations. Robert has extensive experience in the product lifecycle from his roles in Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Delivery, and Management which he leverages to ensure successful client implementations.
In his spare time, Robert enjoys adventuring with his family and friends, traveling on less than four wheels, and learning new skills
Dawn Stowers is an experienced Agile transformation coach, trainer and problem solver who works across all levels of the organization. Her broad and deep knowledge of Lean Agile values and principles combined with practical knowledge of how they connect to people, technology, business, and customers allows her to help teams and organizations adopt agile practices to create a value-driven, continuous improvement culture.
Dawn started her career as a software developer and moved to project and program management, as well as people management before choosing coaching. The last 20+ years she has worked in the medical device industry at Phillips and Hologic. In her free time, she enjoys walking and hiking with her dog and volunteering with a charity that makes quilts for kids in need of comfort.
Program Management Advisor
Anna Rich is a seasoned Program Management leader who has spent over a decade implementing and scaling Agile/Scrum and creating high performing Agile PMO teams. Her experience runs the gamut from early stage start-ups to large enterprises and includes companies in the Search, Ad Tech, and Ed Tech spaces. As VP, PMO at IAS, Anna partnered with TecVeris to lead a SAFe transformation for a 200+ person R&D team that resulted in improving predictable delivery by 30%. IAS was acquired by Vista Equity Partners shortly thereafter and has since gone public.
Anna brings a human-focused lens to Agile transformations and Program Management. She is a Certified SAFe Program Consultant and a Certified Integral Coach. She lives in Oakland, California with her husband and daughter and loves practicing yoga and getting outdoors.
Michael has 20+ years of product management leadership experience building and scaling teams, products, processes, and revenue at various startup and growth stage companies. He was most recently CPO at Simulmedia heading up vision and strategy across linear, streaming, and gaming sectors. Before Simulmedia he was at IAS leading product across the Programmatic, Social, and Publisher verticals driving the company to a successful IPO. While at IAS, he partnered with TecVeris to drive a successful SAFe transformation for a 200+ person R&D organization. Prior to IAS, he created and led product management at LiveIntent encompassing building out the team, establishing agile development processes, and scaling product and innovation.
Chris Taulbee has led large enterprise-class programs for over 25 years implementing Agile and leading Agile Transformations. Prior to TecVeris, Chris was a Global Delivery Manager and Agile PMO Leader for companies including Synchrony Financial, GE Capital, Dun & Bradstreet and Great American Insurance. Chris is a Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SAFe SPC5), SAFe Lean Portfolio Manager (SAFe LPM), PMI-PMP, and PMI-ACP. Chris resides in Tampa Bay Florida, is a musician, and enjoys hiking, bicycling and collecting guitars.
Linda is extremely talented, professional, a problem solver, and exceptional at client engagement. Linda is effective at working with clients to better understand their pain points, creating solutions that help customers achieve success. Linda has proven her ability to relay technical information to non-technical staff in clear and concise terms both face-to-face and through documentation. Linda is Atlassian Certified, ITIL Certified, Atlassian Agile at Scale Technical Sales Professional Accreditated, and Atlassian Technical Sales Professional Accreditated. In her spare time, Linda enjoys watching MLS/EPL matches, baking, and learning new skills.
Sasha joined TecVeris in 2022. When she was introduced to SAFe agile she immediately knew she wanted to pursue it. Sasha will be assisting in training classes and marketing. While a native to Colorado she enjoys snowboarding, cooking, watching hockey, going to concerts and playing with her two dogs.
